Hello Spring!

A country girl that loves the big city. Born in Mount Shasta, California, my family moved to Sacramento when I was young, and since then I have traveled all around the world.

I grew up playing every sport they would let me play, but fell in love with basketball and earned a scholarship to play at Arizona State University. I also found time to pledge Delta Sigma Theta Inc., Iota Kappa chapter while attending Arizona State University. This fueled my passion for serving the community.

Drafted by the Phoenix Mercury in the first ever draft in 1997, I went on to play in Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Korea and China in the off seasons. Through my playing experience came a great opportunity to come back to Sacramento where I was hired as an assistant coach for the Sacramento Monarchs. I was part of a talented staff that helped guide the team to win Sacramento's first Championship in 2005. Go Monarchs!! I also decided to test out the east coast and coached for the New York Liberty for 2 seasons.
