"I switched over to Monique from another agent through State farm. She has gone above and beyond, as her staff has as well. I think I've probably put them through a lot of annoying situations and they are always patient and there. I've even had situations that weren't necessarily my fault, But they were right on top of getting everything fixed for me and making it easy, especially when dealing with all this can be stressful. Yes, insurance is not the cheapest right now but at least you know you're in good hands with State farm and that they cover way more than most other insurance companies do, so what you're paying for is worth it. But when you deal with Monique and her staff, You will be taking care of above and beyond."
